About Us

We are an AF-veteran husband and wife team.  Val immigrated to the United States in 1975 after the fall of the Saigon.  Because America helped South Vietnam defend itself from communism, her parents have always insisted that she and her brother serve in the United States military to give back to this great country.  Val received her commission from the United States Air Force Academy and completed 10 years of service.   Jimmy flew C-130s in the NC Air National Guard and served our country in nine deployments in the Middle East.  He is now retired with 28 years of service.  We have one son, Ty, who just got accepted to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and we have a dog, Copper, who is a morkie (maltese/yorkie).  Val has 20+ years in customer service and sales understands the attraction to the Colorado air.  Jimmy, having been deployed only to the desert, thinks Colorado is a great place as any to invest time and money.  We want to help you find a property that fit your needs.
